Sub: IATO Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, the 16^th October 2024 at 1100 hours.

IATO Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, the 16^th October 2024 at 1100 hours at Pride Plaza Hotel, Aerocity, New Delhi - 110037.

The agenda of the Annual General Meeting is as under:

1. Welcome address by the President
2. Presentation of Annual Report by the Hony. Secretary
3. Presentation of accounts for the F/Y 2023-24 by the Hony. Treasurer and approval by the General Body
4. Appointment of Auditor for the Financial Year 2024-25
5. Any other point with permission of the chair
6. Vote of thanks by the Sr. Vice President   

Please send us confirmation of your joining us for the AGM by 14 October 2024 to enable us confirm firm number of pax to the hotel and to make logistic arrangements accordingly.
