Dear Members,

Sub: IATO Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, the 16^th October 2024 at 1100 hours.

IATO Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, the 16^th October 2024 at 1100 hours at Pride Plaza Hotel, Aerocity, New Delhi - 110037

The agenda of the Annual General Meeting is as under:

1. Welcome address by the President
2. Presentation of Annual Report by the Hony. Secretary
3. Presentation of accounts for the F/Y 2023-24 by the Hony. Treasurer and approval by the General Body
4. Appointment of Auditor for the Financial Year 2024-25
5. Any other point with permission of the chair
6. Vote of thanks by the Sr. Vice President  

A copy of the Audited Balance Sheet for the financial year 2023-24 is attached. If you have any observations, please send the same to IATO Secretariat at the earliest and in any case not later than 6^th October, 2024.

Please send us confirmation of your joining us for the AGM by 10^th October 2024 to enable us confirm firm number of pax to the hotel and to make logistic arrangements accordingly.
