Sub: Participation in WTM London from 5^th to 7^th November, 2024.

The Ministry of Tourism, Government of India will be participating at the International Exhibition - World Travel Market (WTM) 2024 to be held in London from 5^th to 7h November 2024. Ministry of Tourism has invited the travel industry stakeholder to participate as co-exhibitors within the India Pavilion, which would help to showcase the varied tourism destinations and products of the country.

Members are invited to participate at WTM, London 2024 by booking space in the India Pavilion on a cost sharing basis with an objective of marketing your tourism destinations and products. The India Pavilion will be built on a common decor/ theme. The minimum booth / stall space is 4 sq. mtrs. and additional booth space in multiples of 4 sq. meters will be given subject to availability of space. The fee for participating at the India Pavilion at WTM, London 2024 will be conveyed in due course. The space will however be offered to co-exhibitors on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.

It may be noted that MDA will not be given for participation at the Incredible India Pavilion at WTM 2024.

Members those who are interested need to send their confirmation along with your space requirement to the Ministry definitely by  14^th September 2024 to the following officials of the Ministry.

Note:

• Members who are recognised by the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India can only participate in Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India pavilion. Therefore, members who are not approved by the Ministry should not apply as they will not be considered.
• Please note, No withdrawal will be allowed under any circumstances once the payment has been made to the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India for the booth.
• Your participation will be confirmed to you only after receipt of payment by the ministry against the invoice raised by the Ministry and intimation of payment sent to the Ministry.
