Dear Members,
Sub: Participation in PATA Travel Mart 2024 to be held in Bangkok, Thailand from 27th to 29th August 2024.
The Ministry of Tourism, Government of India will be participating in PATA India Travel Mart 2024 to be held in Bangkok, Thailand from 27th to 29th August 2024.
Members are invited to participate in PATA Travel Mart by booking space in the India Pavilion on a cost sharing basis with a view to marketing your tourism destinations and products. The participation fee in the India Pavilion will be conveyed in due course. The space will be offered to co-exhibitors on a first come first served basis.
The India Pavilion will have a common decor/ theme and all co-exhibitors in the India Pavilion will be provided fully built up booths / stalls, with provision for display of publicity material only within their own booths/ stalls. The minimum booth / stall space is 4 sq. mtrs. And in the event additional space is required, the same will be at a multiple of 4 sq. mtrs.
Members those who are interested may send their confirmation along with your space requirement to the Ministry definitely by 6th August 2024 to the following officials of the Ministry:-

Note:
• Members who are recognised by the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India can only participate in Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India pavilion. Therefore, members who are not approved by the Ministry should not apply as they will not be considered.
• Please note, No withdrawal will be allowed under any circumstances once the payment is made to the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India for the booth.
• Your participation will be confirmed to you only after receipt of payment by the ministry against the invoice raised by the Ministry and intimation of payment sent to the Ministry.
