This is to remind you about the 39^th IATO Annual Convention being held from 30^th August to 2^nd September 2024 in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

IATO has negotiated special air fares on certain sectors with Indigo Airlines for travel to Bhopal and back from various cities for the members to attend the Convention. The details of the flights with dates and fare are enclosed herewith.

However, in this case, we have been advised by Indigo Airlines that these reservations have to be routed through one point.  Ms. Shaloo Chib, Le Travelworld Pvt Ltd will help in ticketing and will be one point contact for the same.

Therefore, in case you require seats on these flights please forward your request to Ms. Shaloo Chib on email id  iatoconv@yahoo.com, Mobile no. 9560299910). She will issue the tickets and the fare could be deposited in Le Travelworld Pvt. Ltd. account immediately.  Please note the revised email id iatoconv@yahoo.com as earlier GMAIL id sent has some technical issues

In this connection please note the following:-

1. These air seats will be available on First Come First Serve basis only for those who have registered for the convention and have paid their registration fee and have received the registration number from the IATO Secretariat.

1. There will be NIL cancellation in case of name change / cancellation till the time limit, which is 16^th August for all sectors.

1. After the time limit is over the tickets would be totally non-refundable and valid for flights mentioned on the tickets only.

1. In case if you require GST Invoice then please mention the following: -

• Address ________________________
• GST Number ____________________
• Please note, in case if the above information is not provided then, billing will be on individual name and it will NOT be possible to change the billing name and GST No. later as all invoicing will be e-invoice as per GST Rules.

1. To enable book your air tickets,  please forward the following information of the delegates to Ms. Shaloo Chib on email id: iatoconv@yahoo.com

Once the above information is sent, seats will be blocked immediately.

5) Once you get the confirmation from Ms. Shaloo Chib, payment would have to be deposited in Le Travelworld Pvt Ltd.  account immediately.

6) Tickets would be sent to all concerned 07 days before the date of travel.
