Sub: IATO Interactive Meeting/Press Conference on Tuesday, the 23^rd July 2024 at 1530 hours at The Lalit Hotel, New Delhi.

The IATO Interactive Meeting will be held on.

Day/Date    - Tuesday, the 23^rd July 2024    

Time              - 1530 hours  

Venue           - The Lalit Hotel, Barakhamba Avenue, Connaught Place, New Delhi

Mr. Sheo Shekhar Shukla, IAS- Principal Secretary (Tourism) and Managing Director Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board will join us for the meeting to invite our members personally for the 39^th IATO Annual Convention being held in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh from 30^th August to 2^nd September 2024.

Agenda of the meeting is as follows:-

• In-house announcements by the Hony. Secretary  
• Welcome address by the President
• Address by Mr. Sheo Shekhar Shukla, IAS, Principal Secretary Tourism, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh
• Update by the Vice President and Chairman, 39^th IATO Annual Convention
• Open House, Question/Answer Session
• Summing up and Vote of Thanks by the Senior Vice President, IATO
• Hi tea hosted by IATO 

Please send your confirmation to IATO by Monday, the 22^nd July 2024 to enable us make logistical arrangements accordingly.

Note: Please note, members who have not paid their annual subscription for the financial year 2024-25 are not eligible to join for the meeting. In case they wish to attend they should pay their annual subscription by Monday, the 22^nd July 2024.
