Sub: 39th IATO Annual Convention to take place from 30th August to 2nd September 2024  in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Dear Friends,

You will be pleased to know that the dates and the venue for the 39th IATO Annual Convention have been finalised after our meeting with the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Dr. Mohan Yadav in his office in Bhopal today.

We met the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Dr. Mohan Yadav and Shri Sheo Shekhar Shukla, IAS, Principal Secretary (Tourism), Govt. of Madhya Pradesh and MD, Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board to finalise the convention dates and also to invite the Hon’ble Chief Minister for the inaugural function of the convention on 30th August 2024.

Venue Hotel and other details of the convention will be finalised and announced soon.

We expect about 900-1000 delegates from all over the country to participate which will include senior officials from the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India and States, industry leaders, tourism and hospitality professionals, travel trade media.

There will be various activities during the convention, which include business sessions, travel mart, IATO Run for Responsible Tourism and post-convention tours on various sectors to promote Madhya Pradesh Tourism by our members.
