Sub: Invitation of participation in Arabian Travel Mart to be held from 6^th to 9^th May 2024

The Ministry of Tourism, Government of India is planning to participate at the Arabian Travel Mart to be held on 6^th to 9^th May 2024 at the Dubai World Trade Centre and invites the industry stakeholders to participate as co-exhibitors within the lndia Pavilion being set up to showcase the varied tourism destinations and products of the country.

Members those who are recognized by the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India are invited to participate in the above exhibition by booking space in the India Pavilion on a cost sharing basis with a view to showcase and promote your tourism products.

The participation fee in the India Pavilion at ATM 2024 is INR 1,75,000 per 4 SQM. The space will be offered to co-exhibitors on FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. 

The India Pavilion will have a common decor/ theme and all co-exhibitors in the India Pavilion will be provided fully built up booths / stalls, with provision for display of publicity material only within their own booths/ stalls. The minimum booth / stall space is 4 sq. mtrs. and in the event additional space is required, the same will be in a multiple of 4 sq. mtrs.

It may be noted that MDA will not be applicable for participation at ATM 2024.
