Sub: IATO Workshop on 7th March 2024 coinciding with International Women’s Day

As International Women's Day approaches, the global community commemorates the essence of womanhood, striving for gender equity in various of life - be it domestic, professional, social or emotional.  IATO is organizing a workshop for our members to foster awareness about pertinent issues affecting their personal and professional spheres.

1.            Managing Digital footprints and personal security in Life and Work.

2.            Highlights of POSH, an Act to provide protection against sexual harassment of Women at workplace and for the prevention and redressal of complaints thereof.

We request all our members to encourage all women in their workforce to attend this workshop and gain knowledge on these very relevant and current topics for their physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Please Note: There is no registration fee and is free of cost

Program is as follows

•             2.00 - 2.15 PM : Registration

•             2.15 - 2.30 PM : Welcome and Introduction of speakers by Dr. Ms. Surinder Kumar, Convener -  IATO Women Empowerment Committee

•             2.30 - 3.30 PM : Session 1 - Managing Digital footprints and personal security in Life and Work. Speaker – Mr. Pradiman Pandita, Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Hughes Systique,

•             3.30 - 4.30 PM : Session 2 - Highlights of POSH, an Act to provide protection against sexual harassment of Women at workplace and for the prevention and redressal of complaints thereof. Speaker – Mrs. Anjana Gosain, Advocate, Delhi High Court.

•             4.30 - 5.00 PM : Question and Answer

•             5.00 - 5.15 PM : Vote of Thanks by Mr. Rajnish Kaistha, Senior Vice President. 

•             5.15 - 5.45 PM : High Tea – hosted by IATO

1.            Maximum 25 members or their staff (females only) will be registered on FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.

2.            There is no registration fee and is free of cost.

3.            Only one person (female) from each company will be considered.

4.            Members those who have not paid their annual subscription for the financial year 2023-24, will not be considered.
