Sub: Fam Trip of Gwalior for the Tour Operators scheduled from 3rd to 5th February 2024
A Fam trip of Gwalior is being organized by the District Collector and CEO, Gwalior Smart City in coordination with IATO from 3rd to 5th February 2024. A tentative programme of the Fam Trip is attached (subject to change) for your information.
IATO has been asked to nominate 20 tour operator to join for the Fam Trip.
Kindly note the following:-
1. Members who wish to join for the fam Trip need to make his/her own arrangements for travel by air/rail/road to reach Gwalior on 3rd February 2024 by 1300 hours.
2. Only one person from each company MD/Director/Owner/GM/Decision Maker will be considered for participation. However spouse is allowed.
3. Maximum 20 members will be registered for this event. If more than 20 names are received, it will be decided by draw of lot.
4. Members those who have not paid their annual subscription for the financial year 2023-24, will not be considered.
5. Members those who are interested may send their confirmation by 2 pm on 18th January 2024 on email id operations@iato.in and iato.circulars@gmail.com with the following information
