The IATO Interactive Luncheon Meeting will be held on:-
Day/Date - Wednesday, the 17th January 2024
Time - 1130 hours
Venue - The Metropolitan Hotel, Bangla Sahib Road, New Delhi – 110001
Agenda of the meeting is as follows:-
• Opening remarks by the Hony. Secretary
• Welcome address by the President
• In-house announcements by the Hony. Secretary
• Open House, Question/Answer Session
• Summing up and Vote of Thanks by the Senior Vice President, IATO
• Lunch
Please note the following:-
• Lunch will be contributory and lunch cost will be subsidized by IATO. Members need to pay Rs. 500/- per pax and the balance amount will be paid by IATO. Payment can be made by UPI or cash on the spot at the IATO Reception Counter.
• Subsidized cost of lunch of Rs. 500/- is for one member from each company only. For additional person, Rs. 2000/- will be charged. This is the actual cost charged by the hotel.
• Members who have not paid their annual subscription for the financial year 2023-24 are not eligible to participate. In case they wish to attend they should pay their annual subscription by 15th January 2024.
Please send your confirmation to IATO by 15th January 2024 to enable us make logistical arrangements accordingly.
