Sub: Invitation for participation at the MITT 2024 to be held on 19th 21st March 2024 in Moscow.
Ministry of Tourism, Government of India is planning to participate at the MITT 2024 to be held from 19th to 21st March 2024 in Moscow and invites the travel industry stakeholders to participate as co-exhibitors within the India Pavilion being set up to showcase the varied tourism destinations and products of the country.
The MITT 2024 is the premier international travel related events, which provides platform for networking and meetings with executives and leaders from all segments of the Tourism Industry, worldwide. These events also provide excellent opportunity for showcasing and sourcing new products and services and to learn about the latest international trends and pattern affecting tourism to various regions. Ministry of Tourism would setup an Incredible India Pavilion which will have a common decor/ theme and all co-exhibitors in the India Pavilion will be provided fully built up booths / stalls, with provision for display of publicity material only within their own booths/ stalls. The minimum booth / stall space is 4 sq. mtrs. and in the event additional space is required, the same will be at a multiple of 4 sq. mtrs.
Members those who are recognized by the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India are invited to participate in the above exhibition by booking space in India Pavilion on a cost sharing basis with a view to market Indian tourism destinations and products. The participation fee in the India Pavilion at MITT 2024 will be conveyed in due course. The space will be offered to co-exhibitors on a first come first served basis.
