Sub: IATO Annual General Meeting on Monday, the 30th October 2023 at 1100 Hrs.

IATO Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, the 30th October 2023 at 1100 hours at Ambassador, New Delhi - IHCL SeleQtions, Sujan Singh Park, Khan Market, New Delhi – 110003

The agenda of the Annual General Meeting is as under.

i.          Welcome address by the President

ii.         Presentation of Annual Report by the Hony. Secretary

iii.        Presentation of accounts for the F/Y 2022-23 by the Hony. Treasurer and approval by the General Body

iv.        Appointment of Auditor for the Financial Year 2023-24.

v.         Any other point with permission of the chair

vi.        Vote of thanks by the Sr. Vice President
