Sub: Invitation for participation at ITB ASIA 2023 to be held in Singapore from 25th – 27th October 2023
The Ministry of, Tourism. Government of India is planning to participate at ITB ASIA 2023 to be held in Singapore from 25th – 27th October 2023 and invites the travel industry stakeholders to participate as co-exhibitors in India Pavilion being set up to showcase the varied tourism destinations and products of our country.
Ministry of Tourism would setup an Incredible India Pavilion which will have a common decor/ theme and all co-exhibitors in the India Pavilion will be provided fully built up booths / stalls, with provision for display of publicity material only within their own booths/ stalls. The minimum booth / stall space is 4 sq. mtrs. and in the event additional space is required, the same will be at a multiple of 4 sq. mtrs.
Members are invited to participate in the above exhibition by booking space in the India Pavilion on a cost sharing basis with a view to market your tourism destinations and products. The participation fee in the India Pavilion will be conveyed in due course. The space will be offered to co-exhibitors on a first come first served basis.
Prospective participants co-exhibiting in Indian Pavilion need to do the advance preparation in respect of visa and other requirements.

Kindly note the following:-
• Members who are recognised by the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India can only participate in Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India pavilion. Therefore, members who are not approved by the Ministry should not apply as they will not be considered.
• Please note, No withdrawal will be allowed under any circumstances once the confirmation is sent by you to the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India.
• All the co-exhibitors with Incredible India pavilion will be eligible for MDA under existing guidelines and regulations.
