Sub: IATO Annual Subscription for the financial year 2023 – 24 for renewal of membership.

Dear Colleagues,

You will be pleased to know that, under the present scenario under which our members are still waiting for inbound tourism to fully revive, the IATO EC has taken a decision in its meeting held on 21st April 2023, to give further relief to the members by giving 50% discount on the annual subscription for the financial year 2023-24. It has been decided to charge the following fee from the members as per category mentioned:-

•           Active Members – Rs. 3835/- (Inclusive GST) against Rs. 7670 (inclusive GST)

•           Allied/International members – Rs. 3540/- (inclusive GST) against Rs. 7080/-(inclusive GST)

•           Associate Members – Rs. 3245/- (inclusive GST) against Rs. 6490/- (inclusive GST)

However, in this regard, please note the following:-

1. The above relief would be given to the members who will pay their annual subscription before 31st July 2023. From 1st of August 2023, full subscription will be charged and there will no relief. 

2. The above relief for the annual subscription for the financial year 2023-24 will be applicable to those members who have paid their annual subscription for the financial year 2022-23 and have renewed their membership. Therefore, invoice for the financial year would be sent to them accordingly.

3. However, for the new applicants of IATO Membership in financial year 2023-24, full annual subscription will be applicable.

4. EC has also decided to waive off the Admission/Joining Fee of Rs 10,000. - plus GST for the new applicants who apply for membership before 31st July 2023.

5. From 1st August 2023, Admission fee for new membership would continue with 100 percent waiver for the applicants from Andaman Nicobar Islands; Andhra Pradesh, Bihar; Chhattisgarh; Chandigarh; Dadra & Nagar Haveli; Daman & Diu; Jammu & Kashmir; Jharkhand; Ladakh; Lakshadweep; North East States; Odisha, Puducherry; Sikkim and Uttarakhand and from applicants from rest of the states, 50% admission fee i.e. Rs. 5000/- plus GST will be charged for new membership.

May I request, you for the following:-

•           To pay your annual subscription before 31st July 2023 to get 50% relief.

•           All those member who have not paid their annual subscription for the financial year 2022-23, to pay their subscription immediately and get 50% relief on their annual subscription for the financial year 2023-24, which should also be paid by 31st July 2023 to avail this relief.

•   Please request your friends in the travel trade to make use of this opportunity to get waiver of Admission Fee of Rs. 10000/- plus GST and apply for IATO membership before 31st July 2023.
