Dear Members

Sub: Participation in IMEX 2023 to be held in Frankfurt from 23 - 25 May 2023

The Ministry of Tourism, Government of India would be participating in IMEX 2023 being held in Frankfurt from 23-25 May 2023 and has invited the travel industry stakeholders to participate as co-exhibitors in the India Pavilion being set up to showcase the varied tourism destinations and products of the country.

Members are invited to participate in IMEX 2023 by booking space in the India Pavilion on a cost sharing basis with a view to marketing your tourism destinations and products. The participation fee in the India Pavilion at IMEX 2023 will be conveyed in due course. The space will be offered to co-exhibitors on a first come first served basis.

The India Pavilion will have a common decor/ theme and all co-exhibitors in the India Pavilion will be provided fully built up booths / stalls, with provision for display of publicity material only within their own booths/ stalls. The minimum booth / stall space is 4 sq. mtrs. and in the event additional space is required, the same will be at a multiple of 4 sq. mtrs.

IMEX, being one of the leading travel expo in the world where businesses are made through appointments and networking. It is imperative that confirmation of participation is conveyed expeditiously to the Ministry so as to ensure that participants do not miss out on appointments with trade partners, which is the most important component of the trade show.

Members those who are interested may send their confirmation alongwith your space requirement to the Ministry by  20th March 2023 to the following officials of the Ministry:_

 Note:

• Members who are recognised by the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India can only participate in Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India pavilion. Therefore, members who are not approved by the Ministry should not apply as they will not be considered.

• Please note, No withdrawal will be allowed under any circumstances once the confirmation is sent by you to the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India.
