Sub: Promotion of Baba Saheb Ambedkar Circuit Tour package on Bharat Gaurav Tourist Train launched by IRCTC.

Dear Friends,

Attached please find copy of letter received from the Ministry of Tourism Govt. of India dated 9th February 2023 regarding operation of Bharat Gaurav Tourist Trains on theme based circuits on pan India basis to showcase the cultural, natural and spiritual heritage of the country to the people.

As mentioned in the letter, IRCTC has now launched the new “Baba Saheb Ambedkar Yatra” tour package with Bharat Gaurav Tourist Train. The 7 Nights / 8 Days tour will start ex Delhi on 14.04.2023  and  will   cover prominent places connected to the life of the Architect of the Constitutions of India as well as Buddhism such as Mhow, Nagpur, Sanchi, Varanasi, Sarnath, Bodhgaya, Rajgir and Nalanda.  The train will have a passenger capacity of 600 in AC-III Tier coaches.

The detailed itinerary, inclusions and price of this tour is attached as Annexure.

In order to ensure adequate number of bookings for the aforesaid scheduled departure of “Baba Saheb Ambedkar Yatra” with Bharat Gaurav Train, Ministry of Tourism has sought active marketing and promotional support from the IATO members.

All our members are requested to promote and sell this in domestic and overseas markets.
