IATO Annual Carnival is being celebrated on Sunday, the 19th February 2023 at
Botanix Nature Resort,
Damdama Village,
Tehsil Sohna, Gurgaon, Haryana

This would be day picnic with family and ONE COUPLE WITH TWO CHILDREN from each member organization are invited.
Various activities will be organized during the event like:- Obstacle Course; Tree Go Bridge; Swinging Bridge; Commando Crossing; Spider's Wall; Burma Bridge; Hurdle Spider's Web;, Walk on Air, Balance Walk; Cricket; Football; Volleyball; Table tennis; Badminton; Chess; Ludo; Tambola; Bullock Cart; Camel Ride; Potter's Wheel; Tug of war, singing and dance competition; tattoo artist.
There would be many more activities besides the above and prizes will be given to the winners of games and activities.
Programme is as under:-
0900 Hours: Members to assemble at The Ashok Hotel, New Delhi
0915 Hours: Departure of Coaches from The Ashok Hotel, New Delhi.
1030 Hours: Arrival of Guests at Botanix Nature Resort
1045 Hours: Welcome
1100 – 1200: Hours: Tea/ Coffee/ Snacks
1115 – 1645: Hours: Activities and Games
1330 – 1430: Hours: Lunch
1645 – 1700: Hours: Tea/ Coffee/Snacks
1700 Hours: Departure of coaches for The Ashok Hotel, New Delhi
Note: Please carry your invitation card with you as entry is strictly on production of this invitation card which entitles one family (one couple & two children) from each organization with prior confirmation to IATO Secretariat
Dress Code: Casual Wears with sports shoes or sneakers
Kindly note the following:-
1. As mentioned above invitation is only for one Family (One couple and two children) from each organization and is open for all eligible members Pan India based on their updated membership subscription.
2. While one invitation card would be given to each company complimentary, for additional invitation card following would be charged and the same can be collected from IATO office on payment by cash/cheque.
• One person – Rs. 3000/- (inclusive of GST)
• One Family (one couple plus two un-married children) - Rs. 6000/- (inclusive of GST)
3. Members who wish to attend the event are requested to confirm their participation (on definite basis) and submit the information on the Performa placed below so that we can plan our activities and make logistical arrangements accordingly.
4. Entry to the venue would be strictly by Invitation Card. Members who wish to join the event should arrange to collect their Invitation Card BY HAND from IATO office which will be available from 13th February 2023 onwards. Please send your person to collect the card along with the authorization letter on your company letter head duly signed by the authorized signatory of the company.
5. Also please note that IATO has arranged coaches for the members which will depart from The Ashok Hotel at 0915 hours. Coaches will depart for return from Botanix Nature Resort to The Ashok Hotel at 1700 hrs. This would be on FIRST CUM FIRST SERVE BASIS. Members who wish to avail this facility should confirm to IATO office. Kindly fill up the information in the Performa below and send to IATO office by 11th February 2023 at email id operations@iato.in and copy to iato.circulars@gmail.com
6. Participants who wish to reach by own car are requested to reach the venue by 1100 hrs.
7. Also we shall be making arrangements of lunch for the drivers of the members who are coming by car. Please give us this information also in the prescribed Performa so that lunch could be arranged. Driver’s lunch coupon would be given along with the invitation card.
8. Cancellation Policy: Members who once confirmed their participation and have collected their invitation cards, we request, there should not be any NO SHOWS. However, in case if any of our members is/are unable to join due to any unforeseen reason(s) after sending their confirmation and collecting their invitation card, they must inform the IATO office latest by 14th February 2023 to avoid wastage of food and save cost. Above cancellation policy is for the paid invitations also and there would be no refund of payment made for the cancellations received after 14th February 2023.
9. Accommodation: For the members who want to stay overnight on 18th February 2023, following are the rates:-
• Rs. 6800/- + GST per Room / per night on twin sharing basis
• Rs. 9000/- + GST per Room / per night on triple sharing basis
• Rs. 11000/- + GST per Room / per night on quad sharing basis
Package includes the following:
? Stay in Air-Conditioned Swiss Tents / Mud Cottages - Room Check-in 4.00 PM & check out 11.00 AM (Next Day)
? Buffet Dinner (Veg. / Non Veg. mixed)
? Buffet Breakfast on Next Day
? Common Bonfire
Members who want to stay overnight on Saturday, the 18th February 2023, may send their request to Ms. Meena Adhikari, Botanix Nature Resort on her email id: sales@botanix.in, with copy to operations@iato.in and iato.circulars@gmail.com Payment shall be made directly to Botanix Nature Resort in advance.
