Dear Friends,

SUB: IMPORTANT INFORMATION – 37^th IATO ANNUAL CONVENTION, 16^th -19^th  DECEMBER 2022, LUCKNOW 

We are in the process of finalizing arrangements for the 37^TH IATO Annual Convention being held in Lucknow from 16 – 19 December, 2022. For convenience of all the delegates, we would like to share some important information including the contact details of the persons concerned for different activities.

1.         Venue for the inauguration function on 16^th December 2022 at 4 pm

Venue for the inaugural function has been changed from Indira Gandhi Pratishthan to The Centrum Hotel, Lucknow. Now the Centrum Hotel will be the venue for the entire convention prorgamme from 16^th to 18^th December 2022

2.         Inauguration of IATO Convention Travel Mart

IATO Convention Travel Mart which was earlier scheduled to be inaugurated on 17^th December 2022 at 10 am will NOW be inaugurated on 16^th December 2022 at 1915 hours immediately after the inaugural function at The Centrum Hotel.

3.         TRANSFERS FROM AIRPORT/RAILWAY STATION TO HOTEL

All delegates who have booked hotels through the IATO Secretariat and have sent their flight/train details to IATO would be received at Lucknow Airport / Railway Station and transferred to the respective hotels.

Most of you have provided us the arrival / departure information and those who have not yet provided the same are once again requested to forward their arrival / departure flight details to the IATO office by 12 noon on Sunday, the 11^th December 2022 on email id contact@iato.in and operations@iato.in

IATO Secretariat will function from The Centrum Hotel, Lucknow from Wednesday, the 14^th December 2022 and any change in the arrival details need to be informed to the Transport Committee on any of the following e-mail IDs

Note:- All delegates arriving by flight, after collecting their baggage could contact IATO Representatives outside the Airport Exit.  
 
All above numbers are also valid for departure transfers.

Those arriving by Train are advised to either call or inform by SMS on the above numbers, their coach number and seat number so that they could be received at the Lucknow Railway station accordingly.

4.         HAND BAGGAGE/CHECK-IN BAGGAGE

All delegates please note that power bank should only be carried in the hand bag and should NOT be kept in check-in baggage. The older generation of Apple MacBook Pro 15 inch purchased between September 2015 and February 2017 are not permitted to be carried in hand baggage as well as in Check-in Baggage. In case the battery is replaced, kindly carry the receipt of the same to be shown to the concerned authority so that it may be permitted to carry in hand baggage.

6.         LUNCH ON 16^th DECEMBER 2022

Lunch on 16^th December 2022 will be hosted by IATO for all delegates at The Centrum Hotel, Lucknow at 1230 hours to 1430 hours.  Delegates who are staying at other hotels and arriving on any flight at Lucknow Airport by 1315 hours will be taken to The Centrum Hotel, Lucknow for completing the registration formality and lunch.  After lunch/registration, delegates will be taken to their respective hotels for which Coaches will depart at 1430 hours sharp.  Those who would have already been checked in at the above hotels, will be picked up from their hotels at 1215 hours for The Centrum Hotel for registration/ lunch and will be dropped back at their respective hotels.

POST TOUR # 3 -  Those who are staying at other hotels other than The Centrum Hotel will be picked up at 0730 hours sharp. Arrangements for breakfast before departure are being made.

POST TOUR # 4 -   Those who are staying at other hotels other than The Centrum Hotel will be picked up at 0700hours sharp. Arrangements for breakfast before departure are being made.

NOTE: DELEGATES THOSE WHO ARE STAYING AT OTHER HOTELS AT THEIR OWN, NEED TO REACH THE CENTRUM HOTEL 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE DEPARTURE OF TOUR AS MENTIONED AGAINST EACH POST TOUR. 

9.         DEPARTURE TRANSFERS

The pickup time for the departure transfers would be 2 HOURS 30 MINUTES before the schedule departure of the flights and 01 hours 15 minutes before the schedule departure of the train. Please let the IATO Travel Desk at The Centrum Hotel know about your departure flight details.
