Sub: Karaoke evening on Saturday, the 17th December 2022 during the 37th IATO Annual Convention at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Dear Friends,

We are pleased to inform you that we will have a Karaoke evening on Saturday, the 17th December 2022 during the convention at Lucknow.

The IATO Convention Organising Committee has decided to make a part of this evening interactive in the form of a singing contest and a maximum of 10 members (Both Male and Female) will be invited to participate. The singing will be done on a Karaoke System. The best 2 singers will be chosen on the basis of the singing, flair and expression by a panel of judges and prizes will be given for 1st and 2nd position.

Terms & Conditions for participation :

 

  • IATO members who are already registered for convention can ONLY participate in the competition.
  • Maximum 10 members (both male and female) will be invited on first come first served basis.
  • There will be two rounds, one preliminary round where the singer will be asked to sing for approximate 1 to 2 minutes (Covering first stanza – “Mukhda” and middle stanza - “Antara”). The judges will decide based on this performance who will go to the final round.
  • The final round will have total 5 participants and they will have to sing the full song and the winner will be decided accordingly (1st and 2nd position).
  • All participants have to prepare 2 songs of their choice and send songs to us in advance for loading that into karaoke system.

Please note and we repeat, entries will be taken on FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS and from the registered delegates only.

You may prepare a song of your choice and inform the same to IATO office after your name is chosen on or before 8th December, 2022.
