Sub: Participation in FITUR and ITB 2023 in India Pavilion of Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India

 

The Ministry of Tourism, Government of India is planning to participate at the FITUR 2023 to be held in Madrid from the 18 Jan 2023 - 22 Jan 2023 and International Tourism Bourse (ITB), to be held in Berlin from the March 07-09, 2023 and has invited the travel industry stakeholders to participate as co-exhibitors within the India Pavilion being set up to showcase the varied tourism destinations and products of the country.

Members can book their space in the India Pavilion on a cost sharing basis. The participation fee in the India Pavilion at FITUR 2023 and ITB 2023 will be conveyed in due course. The space will be offered to co-exhibitors on a first come first served basis.

The India Pavilion will have a common decor/ theme and all co-exhibitors in the India Pavilion will be provided fully built up booths / stalls, with provision for display of publicity material only within their own booths/ stalls. The minimum booth / stall space is 4 sq. mtrs. and in the event additional space is required, the same will be at a multiple of 4 sq. mtrs.

Members who are interested to participate,  may send their confirmation for participation at the earliest and not later than 30th November 2022 along with space requirement by email to the below officers.

Please Note:

 

  • Members who are recognised by the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India can only participate in Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India pavilion. Therefore, members who are not approved by the Ministry should not apply as they will not be considered.
  • Please note, No withdrawal will be allowed under any circumstances once the confirmation is sent by you to the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India.
  • There is no clarity on MDA. However, we have requested the Ministry to consider MDA for participation in the FITUR and ITB -
