As you are aware that Ministry of Tourism organizes Dekho Apna Desh Webinar sessions under various schemes and topics every Saturday. On coming Saturday, 29th Oct 2022 at 1100 hrs, we are going to present DAD  Season 02, Episode No. 11 on topic, " Art & Experiential Tourism ". India has a tremendous amount of Potential for tourism development, including many forms of intangible cultural heritage and newer forms of art. India's potential for tourism development increases as such local cultural resources are developed - be it through rescuing, documenting and organizing the intangible cultural heritage of Himalayan communities, or through creating street art in cities across India. Discussions need to be had as to how to best organize such resources for tourism development, notably to attract tourists to sustainably deliver social and economic benefits to stakeholders.

In 2014, Arjun co-founded St+art India Foundation, a non-profit, urban art festival that brings together Indian and International urban contemporary artists. This inspiring, first ever initiative promotes artists in the Indian landscape, as well as provides a collaborative platform for artists from all over the world. Over the past 8 years, the foundation has organized over 21 St+art festivals across Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Coimbatore, Chennai etc. In 2019, St+art inaugurated Lodhi Art District, completed the first of the six public art district (the others which are in progress are Mumbai, Goa, HYD, Chennai, Coimbatore).
