As you are aware that Ministry of Tourism organizes Dekho Apna Desh Webinar sessions under various schemes and topics every Saturday. On coming Saturday, 22nd October 2022 at 1100 hrs, we are going to present DAD Season 02, Episode No. 10 on topic, " Travel for LiFE Campaign - The solution the Tourism Industry is looking for! ". Lifestyle for the Environment (LiFE) Movement was introduced by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi in 2021 during the 26th United Nations Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26) in Glasgow. The focus of Mission LiFE is to shift from a 'use-and-dispose' economy to a circular economy defined by mindful and deliberate utilization. In synergy with that objective, Travel for Life is an initiative to promote Mission LiFE while undertaking travel. It is a multi-channel Campaign focused on raising awareness about responsible tourism through the creation of a network of Pro Planet People for Responsible Tourism.
