Sub: IATO Interactive Meeting on Wednesday, the 24^th August 2022 at 1900 hours at The Park Hotel, New Delhi

Dear Colleagues,

This is to remind you of the IATO Interactive Meeting to be held on at The Park Hotel, New Delhi at 1900 hours after the EGM to update the members on various issues and to have open interaction with the members which will be followed by dinner hosted by IATO.

As informed, during this meeting we have invited Mrs. Rupinder Brar, former Additional Director General (Tourism), Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India to bid farewell to her. Shri Arvind Singh, Secretary (Tourism) and Mr. Rakesh Kumar Verma, Additional Secretary (Tourism), Govt. of India will grace the occasion with their presence.   

Programme is as Under: -

• Opening remarks by the Hony. Secretary
• Welcome address by the President
• Open House/Interaction
• Welcoming of Guests
• Address by Mrs. Rupinder Brar, Former ADG (Tourism)
• Address by Mr. Arvind Singh, Secretary (Tourism)  
• Vote of thanks by the Sr. Vice President/Vice President
• Cocktails hosted by The Park Hotel. Dinner hosted by IATO

Please note the following :-

• Members who have any issue/point to be discussed may send in advance to IATO for suitable resolution/reply on the concern raised by the members.

• Members who have not paid their annual subscription for the financial year 2020-21 are not eligible to attend and hence are not invited.

• Dinner will be hosted by IATO for one person from each company who have paid their annual subscription for the financial year 2020-21.  Therefore, members who not yet paid their annual subscription for the financial year 2020-21 are requested to clear their annual subscription before 22^nd August 2022.

• In case if more than one person from any company wish to join for the Dinner, it will be on chargeable basis @ Rs. 2500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred) per person. For additional person, payment can be made on the spot at the IATO Reception Counter at The Park Hotel on 24^th August 2022. 

Please send your confirmation for attending the Interactive Meeting by 22^nd August 2022, in order for us to make logistic arrangements.
