Sub: Invitation for Hybrid Tourism Event being organized by Embassy of India , Bucharest, Romania on 1^st September 2022

Dear Friends,

Embassy of India, Bucharest, Romania is organizing a Hybrid Tourism Event on 1st September, 2022 from 1330 – 1515 hours (IST) and have requested IATO to nominate 25-30 tour operators to join for this event.

Romanian tour operators will participate physically and those who are unable to do so from Romania, will join online. Tour operators from India will join online.  

Tentative programme as under

1330 - 1335 hrs - Arrival of guest from Romania

1335 - 1345 hrs - Opening Speech by H.E. Ambassador of India in Bucharest

1345 - 1355 hrs - Opening Speech by representative of Ministry of Entrepreneurs and Tourism

1355 - 1400 hrs - Address by President IATO

1400 - 1415 hrs - Presentation by Vice President IATO on tourism opportunities.

1415 - 1425 hrs - Presentation by Romanian Tour-operators on tourism

1425 - 1445 hrs - Question & Answers session on India-Romanian tourism

1445 - 1500 hrs - Screening of short-film on India Tourism

1500 - 1515 hrs - Screening of short-film on Romanian Tourism
