We are happy to inform you that the Ministry has completed various topics on various vertical of tourism since the journey started. Therefore, kindly join us in our the 150th session on coming Saturday i.e. 13th August 2022 at 1100 hrs, we are brining to you the DAD webinar under 75 destinations with Tourist Guides, Episode No. 33 on topic, "Historic City Kozhikode and Vasco da Gama". This talk aims at historical, political and economic development in today's modern City Kozhikode (Calicut) and its vicinity, Portuguese explorer Vasco da Gama landed here in 1498, a few kilometers at Koyanndy/Kappad. The explorer established a new trade route, which connected India to European countries through sea. The sea route became a milestone for spices and other trading activities the world.
