Sub: IATO Day of Yoga and Heritage Walk on 5th June, 2022 at Lodhi Gardens, New Delhi

Dear Friends,

IATO is organizing Day of Yoga and Heritage Walk on 5th June 2022 and members and their families are invited to an ambience of lush green lawns of world heritage status Lodhi Garden to enjoy a morning of Yoga and fresh air along with a heritage walk to unfold the mystery of little known facts of the monuments inside the Lodhi Gardens.

Members/families will walk through the Lodi Garden that is home to several heritage monuments belonging to 15th century. See a tomb from the period of the Sayyid Sultans. Most of the monuments are from the Lodi period. Members will also see some monuments from the Mughal period, including a bridge from Emperor Akbar's time.

Programme is as under:-

0615 hrs - Reporting time/Entry from Gate Number 2, KK Birla Lane ( Alliance Francaise)

0630 - 0635 hrs - Om Dhwani & Gayatri Mantra.

0635 - 0655 hrs - Sookshma Kriyas

0655 - 0715 hrs - Yoga Asanas.  Yoga Session will be conducted by Yoga instructors - Mrs. Ekta Manwani & Mrs. Geeta Navaney.

0715 - 0730 hrs - Meditation & Om Chanting

0730 - 0830 Hrs - Heritage Walk with Ms. Aradhana Sinha

0830 - 0900 Hrs - Light Refreshment

Important Note:-

Registration will be done for maximum 75 persons including families on First Come First Serve Basis.

Maximum two adult and one child from one company will be considered.

Members who have paid their annual subscription for the financial year 2020-21 will only be considered for registration.

Therefore, members who not yet paid their annual subscription for the financial year 2020-21 are requested to clear their annual subscription immediately.

Members/families whose participation will be confirmed, need to bring their own Yoga Mats/Durries

Dress - Light Airy clothes recommended
