Sub: IATO Interactive Luncheon Meeting on Monday, the 23^rd May 2022 at 1130 hours at Hotel Le Meridien, Janpath, New Delhi   

This is further to our email sent to you on 5^th May 2022 regarding IATO Interactive Luncheon Meeting scheduled to be held on:-

Day/Date    - Monday, the 23^rd May 2022  

Time           - 1130 hours

Venue         - Hotel Le Meridien, Janpath, New Delhi

During this meeting, Mr. SC Kamra, Advocate and IATO Taxation Consultant has been invited to speak on the following:-  

• To update the members  about applicability / exemption recently allowed by the Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India vide Notification No. 20/2022 about TCS  liability in the case of tour operators under the provisions of section 206C of Income Tax Act, 1961 .

• To update and clarify on the new billing pattern of e-Invoicing for those companies who have turnover of more than Rs. 20 crores in a financial year.

Please note the following:-

1. Lunch will be hosted by IATO for one person from each company who have paid their annual subscription for the financial year 2020-21. Therefore, members who not yet paid their annual subscription for the financial year 2020-21 are requested to clear their annual subscription before 21^st May 2022.

1. In case if more than one person from any company wish to join for the luncheon meeting, it will be on chargeable basis @ Rs. 1500 plus 18% GST = Total  Rs. 1770/- per person.

1. For outstation members who are not able to attend physically,  it will be live telecast for which a link will be sent later.

1. Members who wish to discuss any point  during the meeting and have any query with Mr. Kamra, may send the same to us in advance i.e. by Thursday the 19^th May 2022.  Outstation members who wants to raise any concern during the meeting may Whatsapp the same to the undersigned on WhatsApp number 9811052376.

In order for us to make logistic arrangements and confirm firm number of pax to the hotel, please send your confirmation to IATO office by 20^th May 2022.
