As you are aware that Ministry of Tourism organizes Dekho Apna Desh Webinar sessions under various schemes and topics every Saturday. On coming Saturday 23rd April 2022 at 1100 hrs, we are going to present Episode No. 24 on topic, "Bhimbetka rock paintings and shelters", it is the only Unesco world heritage ROCK site in India. It is very popular for pre-historical rock paintings and rock shelters, dated back to 30,000 years old. It is situated in Vindhya mountain range in Raisen district, in Madhya Pradesh, India.

The speaker, Mr. Ajay Singh Chouhan, working as regional level guide since 2014 and providing his services as tour manager/escort guide to many inbound domestic tour operators. He has expertise in Central India monuments and its art, architecture and history. He has conducted many of walking tours as well as offbeat tours in Madhya Pradesh for prehistorical rock paintings sites Buddhist and temple sites. He is an expert of Buddhism art and architecture, temple architecture, rock paintings and tribal art.
