Sub: Regarding Participation of our members in WTM Cape Town, ATM and IMEX 2022
Placed below please find an email received from the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India regarding participation
of our members in WTM Cape Town, ATM and IMEX 2022,
The Ministry of Tourism, Government of India is participating at the above travel marts and have booked
space for the stakeholders.
Details of each fair and the participation fee is as under: -
1.
WORLD TRAVEL MARKET AFRICA (WTM, CAPETOWN)
Date : 11th -13th April 2022
Total Space booked By MOT : 99 Sq. Mt
Participation fee : INR 15,000/
Booth Size: 4 Sq. Mt.

Dates : 9th -12th May 2022
Total Space booked By MOT : 250 Sq. Mt.
Participation fee: US$ 1941 (INR 1,49,500/-)

IMEX, FRANKFURT (MICE event)
Dates: 31 May – 02 June 2022
Total space Booked by MOT: 100 Sq. Mt.
Participation Fee: INR 25,000/-

The minimum booth / stall space is 4 sq. mts and in the event additional space is required, the same
will be in a multiple of 4 sq. mts.
Members those who are interested to take booth in India Pavilion of MoT, may send their name to on email id operations@iato.in and iato.circulars@gmail.com definitely by 2 pm on Saturday, the 19th March 2022 with the following information

Please note the following:-
• Members who are recognised by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India and have paid their annual subscription to IATO for the Financial Year 2020-21 will only be considered.
• Since Ministry has booked limited space, there will be restriction in number of booths for the stakeholders. In case more names are required than the number of booths made available for IATO members, it will be decided by a draw of lot.

Madam/ Sir,
In continuation to the trailing mail dated 04.03.2022 regarding participation of State Governments / Travel trade industry along with Ministry of Tourism, in the forthcoming travel fairs/ exhibitions- ATM 2022, WTM Cape Town and IMEX 2022. In this regard, kindly find participation fee as under:

99 Sq Mts INR 15,000/- for a booth of 4 Sq. Mt.
3 IMEX, FRANKFURT (MICE event) from 31 MAY – 02 JUNE 2022.
100 sq mts INR 25,000/- for a booth of 4 Sq. Mt.
The India Pavilion will have a common decor/ theme and all co-exhibitors in the India Pavilion will be provided fully built up booths / stalls, with provision for display of publicity material only within their own booths/ stalls. The minimum booth / stall space is 4 sq. mtrs. and in the event additional space is required, the same will be at a multiple of 4 sq. mtrs. The 4 sq mtr space is complimentary for UT Administration of Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and North Eastern states. The cost mentioned in above table is applicable for the additional space.
You are requested to kindly confirm your participation at the earliest preferably by 21st March 2022, along with your space requirement. The participation will be first come first serve basis.
