Dear Friends,
This is with reference to our earlier communication/circulars regarding The Indian Hotels Company Ltd. Hotel Promo Code Special Rates for IATO members (tour operators and Travel agents). Promo Code for the Active members were finalized last month and members were informed accordingly.
You will be pleased to know that the Promo Code Special Rates for the IATO Allied members – Tour Operators & Travel Agents (for the Taj, SeleQtions and Vivanta hotels, have also been finalised.
Please note the following :-
- Promo Code Special rates and its terms and conditions are ready to be rolled out for allied members (tour operators & travel agents).

- Terms and Conditions are given on the above link. However, for your ready reference, the Term and Conditions are attached. Please read the Cancellation Policy and the Force Majeure Clause carefully, which have been finalised by IHCL in consultation with IATO, which are very favourable for our members.
- The rates which would be available once you log in on the above link, are also in favour of our members.
- The agency code are unique for each member and are confidential, hence should not be communicated to anyone else as booking made through promo code would be made on your company name against which Credit Card details will need to be filled up. The Credit Card would not be utilized and members those who are on the IHCL credit list would have to forward the voucher and those who are not on the credit list would have to make the payment as per the dead line given at the time of booking and also mentioned in terms & conditions.
- Please note these Promo Code Special Rates are exclusively for INBOUND BUSINESS ONLY and NOT VALID for DOMESTIC LEISURE. Therefore, members are requested to educate all their office staff not to make any booking of Domestic clients on the Promo Code Special Rate. Our intention is that as and when inbound tourism re-starts, we will have the rates ready, which are valid till 31st March 2023.
- IHCL has all the right to cancel booking of Domestic Travellers if made by you or your staff inadvertently and it would be the sole responsibility of the tour operator to adhere this to avoid any problem at a later stage if booking is cancelled by the IHCL even at last minute.
- Promo Code Special Rates are exclusively for IATO members only and are only for FITs. Members who have contracted rates will have access to those rates based on their individual negotiations, relationships and buying power and will have choice whether to use Promo Code Rates or contracted special rates or the bar rates.
- This special rate cannot be extended to any public, retail, B2B or B2C sites. The rate is non-commissionable. This rate is not eligible to earn any points under any loyalty program.
- These rates are valid with immediate effect till 31st March 2023.
- These rates are valid only for IATO Members and in case if your IATO membership is cancelled/suspended due to any reasons, the Promo Code Special Rates would be withdrawn.
- We will organise an interactive session with IHCL with Demo/Training for the members soon.
