Subject: Invitation from UP Tourism for Travel Writers and Tour Operators Conclave from 26th to 28th December 2021

Dear Friends,

Uttar Pradesh Tourism is organizing  a hosted Travel Writers and Tour Operators Conclave at Varanasi from 26th -28th December, 2021 in Varanasi. IATO has been asked to nominate 80 tour operator’s/travel agents for the conclave. Tentative programme is attached. 

UP Tourism will provide the following hospitalities: -

•             Economy Class air tickets from home city to Varanasi and back home.

•             02 Nights accommodation in Varanasi

Important Note:-

•             Preference will be given to those who have paid their annual subscription for the financial year      2020-21.

•             UP State Govt. has desired participation of our members from different states. Accordingly IATO office reserves the right to select members from different states to meet UP State Govt. requirement.

•             In case of No Show/or withdrawal of name, an amount of Rs. 10,000/- will be charged as cancellation charges.

•             Only one person from each company, Owner/MD/Director/Decision Maker will be considered for joining this tour.

•             In case more than 80 names are received, it will be decided by draw of lot.

•             Names received after 4 pm on 13th December will not be considered.
