Sub: Regarding Participation of our members in ITB Berlin, 09^th - 13^th  March, 2022

Placed below please find an email received from the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India regarding participation of our members in ITB Berlin being organized from 9^th -13^th  March 2022.

The Ministry of Tourism, Government of India is participating at the International Tourism Bourse (ITB), to be held in Berlin from the March 09^th -13^th , 2022 and has invited the travel industry stakeholders to participate as co-exhibitors within the India Pavilion.

The minimum booth / stall space is 4 sq. mts and in the event additional space is required, the same will be in a multiple of 4 sq. mts. The space will be offered to co-exhibitors on a first come first served basis.

Members those who are interested to take booth in India Pavilion of MoT, may send their name to on email id operations@iato.in and iato.circulars@gmail.com definitely by 2 pm on Thursday the 2nd December 2021 with the following information

Dear Sir / Madam,

The Ministry of Tourism, Government of India is participating at the International Tourism Bourse (ITB), to be held in Berlin from the March 09-13, 2022 and once again invites the travel industry to participate as co-exhibitors within the India Pavilion being set up to showcase the varied tourism destinations and products of the country.

You may like  to participate in the above exhibition by booking space in the India Pavilion on a cost sharing basis with a view to marketing your tourism destinations and products. The minimum booth / stall space is 4 sq. mts and in the event additional space is required, the same will be in a multiple of 4 sq. mts. The space will be offered to co-exhibitors on a first come first served basis. 

ITB being a trade show where businesses are made through appointments and networking. It is imperative that confirmation of participation is conveyed expeditiously so as to ensure that participants do not miss out on appointments with trade partners, which is the most important component of the trade show.

The above information may be circulated to all members of your associations who may be requested to confirm their participation at the earlies tpreferably by 2nd December 2021.
