 Sub: Grievance Redressal Week being conducted by Additional Director General of Foreign Trade, Mumbai from 30.08.2021 to 03.09.2021.

Attached please find a copy of Trade Notice issued by Office of the Additional Director General of Foreign Trade, Mumbai regarding a Grievance Redressal Week being conducted by Addl. DGFT, Mumbai from 30th August to 3rd September 2021.

The following issues would be taken up during the Grievance Redressal Week: -

•             Where there is an abnormal delay in processing the cases.

•             Deficiencies have been raised by this office which is not consistent with the Foreign Trade Policy or Handbook of Procedures.

•             Any other issue in which exporters feel that special attention is required in respect of their pending cases.
