Greetings from India Convention Promotion Bureau.

ICPB in association with the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India and Madhya Pradesh Tourism will be organising a MICE Roadshow – ‘Meet in India’ at the heart of Incredible India from 25-27 March 2021 at Chhatrasal Convention Centre, Khajuraho.

The event will comprise of knowledge sessions, exhibition, B2B meetings with exhibitors and buyers, city tour, post tours etc. On this occasion, ICPB Madhya Pradesh State Chapter, Roadmap for promotion of MICE Tourism and Sub-brand ‘Meet in India’ under ‘Incredible India’ banner will also be launched. The roadshow will be an opportunity to focus on the Government initiatives in developing India as a MICE destination with infrastructure and an eco-system, pan-India that will favourably place India amongst the global competitors.

Shri Prahlad Singh Patel – Hon’ble Minister of State for Tourism and Culture (IC), Government of India, Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Hon’ble Chief Minister, Madhya Pradesh and Smt. Usha Thakur, Hon’ble Minister for Tourism and Culture, Madhya Pradesh will grace the occasion.

ICPB will be identifying and selecting 100+ potential MICE buyers including meeting planners from associations, corporate, PSUs, institutes, PCOs, PEOs, tour operators, travel agents, DMCs, to participate in the Khajuraho MICE Roadshow, providing transport and full board including accommodation, F&B, optional post tours etc.

It is an opportunity for your members, engaged in the business of MICE, under Tour Operators, Travel Agents and DMC category to familiarize with the new convention venue and participate at the event to network with other buyers from associations, corporates, institutes etc. 

The program will be shared shortly on receipt of your interest by 15th March 2021.

 Kindly fill-in your information in the format placed below and submit by 4:00 pm on 15^th March 2021 for consideration of the Selection Committee.

ICPB Selection Committee will examine the profiles received, for sending formal invites to the approved Hosted Buyers. 

It is requested that the information may please be circulated amongst the members of your association under 'Tour Operator', 'Travel Agent' and 'DMC' category, engaged in MICE business to express their interest and consent to participate at the roadshow on a fully hosted buyer program.
