Placed below please find email received from Regional Director India Tourism North and Indiatourism East regarding participation in Purvaiya 2021 – Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat Road Show being organised as per following:-
- 28th February-5th March: West Bengal (South)
- 5th March-10th March: West Bengal (North)
Ministry of Tourism/State/U.T Approved Tour Operators/Travel Agents who are interested may send their willingness along with the filled up MDA Prior Approval application format and self-certified MoT /State/U.T. approval letter to India Tourism (East) latest by 10.02.2021 with a copy to India Tourism (North).

In this regard, the undersigned has been directed to request you to kindly encourage the Ministry of Tourism/State or UT Tourism Approved Tour Operators/Travel Agents of your region to participate in these Road Shows by sending us their willingness along with the filled up MDA Prior Approval application format along with MoT Approval letter latest by 10.02.2021.
We've sent the trailing invitation e-mail to all MoT approved Tour Operators/Travel Agents along with concerned Guidelines etc. Willing Buyers have to fill up the response format and send it across with MoT approval letter valid as on 08.02.2021 (They can participate in one or more Road Shows ...there is no cap).

The Regional Office of Ministry of Tourism, Government of India is organising two Domestic Road Shows at West Bengal-South (28th February-5th March) and West Bengal-North (5th March-10th March) where the Hoteliers/Heritage Properties/Homestays/Tour Operators/Transport Operators would meet you as sellers at the above mentioned venues. The event schedule is as followed:

- 28.02.2021 Arrival at Kolkata, post-launch Kolkata city sightseeing and proceed to Rajbari Bawali for Heritage Stay Experience
- 01.03.2021 Proceed to Sunderbans
- Cultural Evening followed by Dinner (Overnight stay at Sunderbans)

All interested buyers are informed that Ministry of Tourism will host (complimentary rooms on single occupancy basis-all meal plan, Airport pick up & drop sightseeing) you on the above-mentioned itinerary. You can participate in all three venues or select venues as per your preference. Buyer slot will be allotted on first come first serve basis.
Further, it may be noted that any extra expenditure other than the offered hospitality will be directly payable by you.
For Reimbursement of Air Tickets, you may apply under Domestic Marketing Development Scheme of Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. The said guidelines are attached herewith for your ready reference.
The interested buyers need to express their interest by 8th February 2021 along with following documents:
- MDA Application (Annexure – I-Guidelines-attached)
- Self-certified copy of letter / certificate of approval of applicant by the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India or by the concerned State Government / UT Administration.
- A declaration on official letterhead with signature and seal of authorised signatory, to the effect that the applicant is not under investigation or charged / prosecuted/ debarred /black listed by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India / Tourism Department of State Government or UT Administration or any other Government agency.
The confirmation of participation will be intimated by 10th February 2021 (17:30 Hours).
