As you are aware IATO has been requesting the Ministry of Tourism to revise MDA Guidelines for overseas promotion.

Accordingly, MDA Guidelines have been revised by the Ministry, which we have received today, and the same is attached to this circular.

These revised guidelines are in force from 1^st January 2021.
