You may recall, IATO in association with TravTalk had organized a Motivational Webinar “TURN SETBACK INTO COMEBACKS” by world-renowned motivational speaker  Mr. Shiv Khera on 7th October 2020 as part of it's Skill Development Program. The webinar was attended by a large number of tourism professionals,  which included IATO members, non-members, students of various tourism institutes, Trav Talk readers, etc.
