Sub:  Participation of India Tourism, Milan Italy in Trade Fairs - 2016
 
India Tourism Milan, Italy will be participating in the following trade fairs in the coming months and have invited participation from the industry as co-exhibitors as per details given below:-
 
1) NO FRILLS, B2B Tourism Fair, from  September 29th- 30th, 2016 at Bergamo,  Italy is an important tourism trade fair in North Italy.  
2) BMTA – Borsa Mediterranea del Turismo Archeologico, Paestum 27-30, October  2016.
3) PHILOXANIA TOURISM EXPO, Thessaloniki, Greece from 17th-20th November, 2016.
4) International Greek Tourism Expo, Athens, Greece : 25th – 27th November, 2016
 
Members who are interested to participate in the above fairs may get in touch with India Tourism Italy immediately. India Tourism would take only 2-3 tour operators in each fair.  Like last year, India Tourism would charge € 500/- (Five hundred Euro) from each participant and a table with two chairs would be provided 
 
N.B.: The allotment of booth will be done strictly on first-come-first-served basis. Each co-exhibitor / participant need to pay € 500.00 net excluding bank / miscellaneous charges which must be borne by the participant.
 
A written confirmation for participation followed by remittance of the above-mentioned participation fees must reach India Tourism Milan by the following dates:
 
August 29th, 2016 for 
• No Frills Fair 
 
October 14th, 2016 for
• BMTA – Borsa Mediterranea del Turismo Archeologico
• Philoxania Tourism Expo 
• International Greek Tourism Expo.
 
3).   TTG InContri Rimini, Italy, 13th – 15th October 2016:-   
 
The next edition of TTG InContri Tourism Trade Show will be held in Rimini, Italy from 13th to 15th October 2016. Considering the increasing interest of Industry to participate in this fair as co-exhibitors, India Tourism has decided to accommodate 20 co-exhibitors this year again.  Each participant will be allotted 4 sq. mtrs of furnished space equipped with one table, 3-4 chairs, a small cabinet, an electric power outlet, a waste bin and a name board. The participation fee for 4 sq.mts of booth space will be €1,550 (Euro one thousand five hundred & fifty).
 
N.B.: The allotment of booth will be done strictly on first-come-first-served basis and maximum of 20 exhibitors can be exhibited. The total amount of €1550.00 (Euro One thousand Five Hundred) net is payable to India Tourism Milan Italy excluding bank/miscellaneous charges which must be borne by the participants.
 
The last date for receiving the payment is on or before 22nd August, 2016.
