27th April 2023
To All IATO Members,
Dear Colleagues,
Sub: Inclusion of Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya in the Itinerary for sightseeing in Delhi
As you know, a fam trip of Pradhanmantri Sangrahalay was organized on 21st March and 22 March and about 50 members joined for the Fam Trip.
The Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya was inaugurated on 14th April 2022 by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India. The Sangrahalaya is a tribute to every Prime Minister of India since Independence and depicts a narrative record of their contribution to the nation building. Given the importance of this unique museum, IATO was requested to advise its members to include this museum in the tour package/itineraries for domestic and foreign tourists and those who are doing packages for school groups may also include this for students to visit this museum.
Members who joined for the Fam Trip were are very much impressed with the whole set up and presentation with latest technology and the Sound and Light Show. All the segments at the Museum are excellent and presentation is world class. The knowledge of all the guides at the Sangrahalaya is also excellent. The cost of entrance ticket is very reasonable.
Overall we felt it was a good experience and worth including this in our itinerary, which will be new attraction in Delhi for the tourists – both domestic and international.
For full details and booking please visit the website:
https://www.pmsangrahalaya.gov.in/
For any information, clarification you may please call Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya on telephone no. 011-21410360, 21411626
