Sub: IATO Interactive Luncheon Meeting, on Thursday, the 1st March 2018 at 1130 hours at The Lalit Hotel, New Delhi

The next IATO Interactive Luncheon Meeting will be held on:-

Day/Date - Thursday, the 1st March 2018

Time - 1130 hours

Venue - The Lalit Hotel, Barakhamba Avenue, Connaught Place, New Delhi - 110001

Please note that the meeting date has been changed/advanced due to ITB – Berlin being held from 7-11 March 2018, where many of our members would be participating.

We have invited Mrs. Rashmi Verma, Secretary (Tourism), Ministry of Tourism, Government of India and Mrs. Usha Sharma, Director General, Archaeological Survey of India for updates on various initiative being taken by the Ministry of Tourism and ASI and to have direct interaction with the members. (confirmation awaited)

Agenda of the meeting is as follows:-

-  In-house announcements by the Hony. Secretary

-  Address by the President, IATO

-  Updates by the Director General, ASI · Updates by the Secretary (Tourism), Government of India

-  Open House, Question/Answer Session

-  Summing up and Vote of Thanks by Vice President, IATO

-  Lunch hosted by IATO

Members who would like to discuss any point, may send the same to IATO for inclusion in the agenda for discussion.

Please note lunch will be hosted by IATO and one person from each company is invited.

May I request the members to attend in large numbers and make use of this opportunity to interact with Secretary (Tourism) and Director General (ASI).
