Subject: Non receipt of Hotel Bills after advance paying
 
Dear Members, 
 
It has been brought to our notice that some members who are pre-paying hotels are facing challenges on receiving bills post guests check out.  This does not allow them to close accounts and reconcile payments.
 
If you are facing this problem, can you please let us know what is happening and also which specific properties or chains is this a problem with. Please give us specific names and contact information if possible so that we can help to address this issue.
