Placed below please find an email received from Indiatourism Sydney regarding Indiatourism Sydney participation in Asia Pacific Incentive and Meeting Expo (AIME 2017) Melbourne (Australia) from 21-22 February 2017 which is self-explanatory.

Since limited space has been blocked by Indiatourism Sydney, participation will be on first come first serve basis and is open only for tour operators/travel agents who are recognized by the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India.

Asia Pacific Incentive and Meeting Expo ( AIME 2017) the premier exhibition in the Southern Hemisphere for the Meetings and Incentives industry, will  be held in Melbourne , Australia on 21-22 February 2017.
 
India tourism Sydney has booked  space of 72 sqm. for the event.  As per the AIME guidelines, a maximum of 10 co – exhibitors can be accommodated.  
 
India Tourism Sydney will be setting up an India Pavilion with provision for individual space of 4 sqm. for each of the co – exhibitors, who will participate at AIME 2017 under the Incredible India banner.   An amount of AS$ 2664.50 is payable by each co – exhibitor toward space and public liability insurance cost i.e.  space is AS$  2480.00 and p/l insurance  is AS$ 184.50. 
 
In addition  a cost of AS$ 3785.00 will be  borne  by India Tourism Sydney for each co – exhibitor towards  Pre Schedule Appointment Dairy which will enable each co – exhibitor to make their own appointments.  
 
Kindly circulate to all the IATO members for confirmation of their participation at AIME 2017 to India Tourism Sydney by 07/12 /2016. 
 
Based  on the confirmations received, the design of the India Pavilion will be be finalised and the Organiser will be requested to provide the password for the Pre Schedule Appointment  for the co exhibitors.
